Dear LSCC Congregation,

After a prolonged period of lockdown in Melbourne, we thank God that we can finally look forward to welcoming all of you back to worship with us in person.

Under the new pandemic orders that took effect from 11.59pm of 15th Dec 2021, vaccination requirements will no longer be in place for religious ceremonies. Hence, providing proof of vaccination is no longer a requirement of entry into the church premises.

The wearing of face masks continues to be highly recommended during the church service especially as we are unable to physically distance sufficiently in the indoor environment and as we consider the more vulnerable people within our congregation. Remember also to continue to check in via the Service Victoria QR code for contact tracing purposes.

Summary of entry requirements
  1. There are no longer any density limits
  2. There is no longer a need to pre-register
  3. There is no longer a need to provide proof of vaccination
  4. Mask wearing is highly recommended mandatory indoors (age 8 and above) as we are unable to physically distance sufficiently in the chapel and in consideration of the more vulnerable members of our congregation
  5. Remember to check-in using the Service Victoria QR code
