Pastor

Lygon Street Christian Church (LSCC) is seeking a passionate and gospel-centered pastor to join its vibrant and growing ministry team. The pastor will work closely with the co-pastor, eldership, and board of management to provide leadership, preach and teach Scripture with clarity and conviction, and contribute strategically to the church’s mission of glorifying God and sharing Christ’s love. This role involves oversight of specific ministry areas, discipling and equipping leaders, and active participation across the church’s ministries, groups, and events. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong theological understanding, pastoral warmth, and a genuine love for people, with experience or enthusiasm for pastoral and potentially youth or children’s ministry. A theological qualification is preferred, along with the necessary clearances for ministry in Victoria.
