Dear Lygon Street Christian Chapel congregation,
We want to inform you of the following precautionary measures we are taking for Lygon Street Christian Chapel in relation to Coronavirus COVID-19 situation. We would greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters. As of now, our normal Sunday church services will be gathering ‘online’ as a combined service at 11am until further notice. We will organise a simple service to be streamed live online this Sunday at 11am via our Youtube channel.
Importance of meeting up as a body
Even though we are unable to meet physically in the same place as a body of believers during this time, God has given us the gift of technology so that we can still gather online as one in His Name. We do encourage you to join us and worship our God together through the reading and preaching of his Word, in prayer and in song.
Doing a test run
Since this will be new for everyone, we will be doing a quick test run of the online streaming solution on Saturday morning at 10am for those wishing to test your connection. The web link to this is https://lscc.org.au/live. Please note – this is a test only but the same web link will be used for the Sunday service at 11am.
