LAST UPDATED: 27 MARCH 2021 (DRAFT)
The board and many volunteers have been labouring to maintain COVID-safe church services.
We welcome you to register to attend church this coming Sunday at the normal time of 11am. Based on the relaxed COVIDSafe Summer density quotients, we have been able to accommodate the attendance of all who wish to attend. (for more information see FAQ)
Please do NOT attend if you have a fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, or any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been a close contact and required to isolate, or have returned from interstate/overseas travel within the last fortnight. If you are in the moderate to high risk groups, please exercise your judgement to follow the DHHS recommendation to avoid large gatherings. Please be aware of DHHS restrictions to carpooling to church if not from the same household.
Face masks are recommended inside the church, particularly as there will be singing. Please follow social distancing rules (staying 1.5m apart), wall signage and floor markings. Services will continue to be streamlined. We will continue to have communion at a reduced frequency due to the COVID-19 situation. Because of the risk of transmission with shared elements, we are unable centrally serve the communion elements.
We plan to continue live-streaming the service for the foreseeable future, as there may be some of you who are still not able to return to physically meeting due to health safety and other reasons.
More details on these points are available under our FAQ section.
